Clearing your cache will not remove saved passwords on your computer – this will only clear files and images that you’ve previously loaded on other websites.
Once you’ve cleared your cache, please try refreshing/reloading the page.
Google Chrome
1. Click the Chrome menu in the top right corner of the browser.
2. Select More Tools.
3. Select Clear browsing data.
4. A popup will appear. Select All time as a time range and ensure that cached images and files is ticked.
5. Click on the Clear data button.
Internet Explorer
1. Click on the cog icon in the top right corner of the browser.
2. Select Safety.
3. Select Delete browsing history.
4. A popup will appear. Ensure that Temporary internet files is ticked.
5. Click on the Delete button.
Firefox
1. Click the Firefox menu on the browser toolbar.
2. Select History.
3. Select Clear Recent History.
4. In the dialogue that appears, select the tickboxes for the types of information that you want to remove (in this case, only ‘cache’).
5. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select everything to delete everything.
6. Click Clear now.
