Pupil Note Categories

Class Charts has introduced pupil note categories to make it easy to differentiate between notes issued for different reasons. With massive amounts of information having to be recorded and remembered about students it is easy for notes to get ‘lost’ in the system or for them to have no context. Your school can set up its own pupil note categories to make them relevant to your schools needs.

The different pupil note category colours will allow teachers to immediately identify what different notes concern and allows teachers to potentially spot patterns if students are getting note after note left by teachers about them. Having pupil note categories allows you to sort pupils by the sort of note you are required to look at. They are easy to apply and are done at the click of a button and will prove no trouble for teachers to consistently apply.
